If the item you purchased is damaged upon receipt, just contact us within 10 days of delivery to obtain a return authorization number. Then return the item to PO Box 1005, Graton, CA 95444-1005, for a full refund. If you received your order in a box, please return the item in the original packaging.
If you are returning for any other reason, the item must be returned within 15 days of receipt of product. No COD's will be accepted. You will receive a full refund minus shipping and handling plus a 10 percent re-stocking fee. Sale items cannot be returned for refund, unless damaged during delivery.
Please note that returns sent (for any reason) without authorization may not be processed correctly, so please contact us for instructions for returning merchandise.
